Account Questions

Do I need an account to checkout?
We do not require you to have an account to checkout. However, we do recommend it, having an account will allow you to keep an eye on where your order is, as well as to see you past orders. We will also require an account to use our support forms on the website.
How do I create an Account?
To create an accout click the "My Account" button at the top of the website. This will bring you to a page where you can login or create a new account.

Become a Vendor

Do I need to draw a second layor for the white?
While many of our current designers do not, we offer an auto white placement on our end. If you would like full control over the placement of white, we can certainly share some information on how to do this property. However, it’s not required.
What files do you need to print the decals?
We can work with many different files and software programs. In order to best meet the needs of each vendor we like to work with you on setting up the first few files until you get the hang of the file type that best fits your decals. We currently accept the following files:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • EPS
  • SVG
  • PNG (Transparent)
  • Corel Draw (On an as needed basis)
If you need to use another file type, please reach out to us. We try to be as accommodating as possible, we know everyone has different strengths in the design process.
What do I need to provide to become a vendor?
We just ask that you fill out the new account form, have a valid method of payment for us to send your payouts to (usually once a week, however you can request more if needed). You will also need to provide us a filled out W9 for us to begin sending payments.
How Much Can I Make?
You can make as much or as little as you would like, we offer flat base costs that you will see before listing a set. You can set any amount above this value. You also are not limited to how many sets you can offer; you can offer one set or hundreds of sets. If you really work on adding new sets each week you might be surprised on how much you can earn to fund your hobby needs.
Where do I sign up to become a vendor?
To begin the application process, please request a vendor account. To request an accout click the "Vendor Dashboard" at the top of the website. Fill out the regester page, be sure to click "I am a vendor". Once this has been submitted one of our team memebers will reach out to you.

General Questions

Are you decals ALPS printed?
Our decals are far from ALPS printed decals. While our decals are digitally printed, they are printed using some of today’s greatest printing presses. You will not have the notorious "ALPS Lines" and low-resolution prints.
I need a decal set, can you make it?
While Print It Decals does not designs decals, we host a selection of hobby decal designers. If you find a designer offering decals in your hobby, whether it be Trains, Planes, Racecars or another model. One of our designers is sure to be able to build a new set for you. Some will even offer custom one-off decals.
